For the last two weeks of 2022, Dan and Emily have lived inside an emotionally potent real-life family Constellation while sitting vigil with Dan’s sister during her final days in life. By seeing with our heart, we witnessed how when a person approaches death’s door, their ancestors and soul council arrive to guide them on.

In many families, when a loved-one nears death, the prevailing tide pulls relatives to re-enact old generational wounds anew, throwing the vulnerable onto the rocks of betrayal, regret, shame, and resentment. For Dan, being a Constellator does not make him immune from painful family entanglements. It does allow him and Emily to work with them as they arise and find potent healing movements for generations past, present, and future.

In 1899, Dan’s grandmother, Anna Coyne, was 3 years old when her father, Israel, was struck and killed by a train while riding a bicycle to work. Her mother, Rose, mother to three children and pregnant with the fourth, was thrown into poverty and shattered emotionally. Anna’s security and childish innocent wonder died with her father. Though she lived another 92 years, she always easily panicked and felt a deep, tender melancholy.

Sitting bedside this week, Dan felt waves of panic and melancholy washing over him like a turbulent sea with massive peaks and a crushing shoreline. When he and Emily tuned-in to the feelings, it called in Anna and Rose’s presence. Dan’s daughters, Anna and Rosie, were present and could feel how their and Alison Rose (Dan’s sister’s) namesakes’ trauma resided in their cellular memories. Alison recalled that her car door being clipped by a large truck precipitated her health decline.

We all practiced alchemy in our hearts. The entanglement released and joy, healing energy, and love flooded in.

At different times, other ancestors arrived. Dan’s mother and father came present, as well as all four grandparents, and a baby sister who died from severe birth defects before Dan was born. Two beloved cats who crossed the rainbow bridge long ago arrived; yet one of the most moving moments was when the Hindu deity Rama made an appearance. Dan reflected on this in a short video…

On New Year’s Eve, Alison transitioned to the light. The Cohen family ancestors and soul council present in the room came to heal old wounds and bestow their blessings on the living and the baby Cohens to come.

Twenty years ago, this way of casually interacting with a host of ghosts and gods would have been considered symptoms of delusion, schizophrenia, or psychosis. Today, not only are we not pathologized, this is our day job… and the backbone of our Alchemical Constellations Training and Facilitator Certification.

Traditional Chinese Alchemy and Systemic Family Constellations both describe how so much of human suffering stems from a living person’s unconscious entanglement with the pain and sorrow of their ancestors. Traumas in past generations are coded into the cellular memory of future generations. Both practices bridge the divide between the living and the dead, connecting them through the heart, and restoring the body’s natural rhythm and flow.

For many centuries, institutional authorities in government, science, religion, and commerce have criminalized and pathologized non-ordinary consciousness. During the Witch Hunts, tens of thousands of women who practiced magical healing arts were murdered. Mysticism and alchemy were sanitized from the scientific academy.

In this century, science is gradually restoring non-ordinary consciousness to respectability. New discoveries in consciousness studies, quantum mechanics, near-death experiences, and molecular genetics support what we observe in the field of Constellations, that death is not the end of a person’s consciousness.

  • For those of you who are ready to release the discrepancy between how you are living, loving, and working and who you truly are deep in your soul…
  • For those of you who want to come home to yourself, in a doubtless, natural capacity to facilitate transformation and manifest intentions across time, space, and consciousness…
  • For those of your who seek to belong, not from effort or self-betrayal, but from embodying your signature vibrational frequency among others and having it seen, respected, and received…
  • For those of you who want to be an ancestor of blessing for generations beyond…

We invite you and your ancestors to join us for a deep dive into the heart of alchemy. Together we will liberate generational imprints and conditioning while developing profound relationship with the field of consciousness beyond the beyond. Stop treading lightly… now is the time to fully arrive to the constellations of your life and up-level its potency by becoming the facilitator who sparks infinite potential in every waking moment.

“Ten times a day something happens to me like this – some strengthening throb of amazement – some good sweet empathic ping and swell. This is the first, the wildest and the wisest thing I know: that the soul exists and is built entirely out of attentiveness.”

― Mary Oliver
