Ruma Biswas: Some people coach leadership.
Others help you see the forces shaping it.

Ruma Biswas has spent years exploring this deeper layer.

She is an early adopter of Archetypal and Systems Coaching in Asia. Her work brings leaders back to what is true beneath roles, expectations, and inherited patterns.

She works where the unseen patterns live — in the ancestral field, in relational systems, in the unconscious agreements that shape how leaders think, choose, and act.

At the heart of Ruma’s work lies a rare synthesis: archetypal birth chart reading focused on fate and destiny. She reads the living archetypes present in a person’s chart — not as personality descriptions, but as forces of destiny. Each archetype carries both its evolved expression and its shadow. Where most people try to overcome their shadow, Ruma teaches leaders to decode it, because the shadow is often the doorway to their greatest power.

Her path began far from coaching. Trained as a mechanical engineer in the early 1990s, often the only woman in the room, she learned early how systems behave under threat. Her career later took her across Europe and the United States, where she spent nearly two decades in global telecom leadership.

Her own life has been shaped by a deep instinct for freedom — the freedom to question inherited assumptions, to look beneath social and organizational narratives, and to follow the deeper intelligence moving through people and systems.

After a start-up that closed during the 2008 financial crisis, pushing her back into the corporate world, her work later turned toward supporting leaders from the inside out. She co-founded Progress-U, innOgru, Inner Voice Leadership, and Heartwood, each exploring how leadership culture evolves across organizations and societies. Her work has primarily been with C-suite leaders, family businesses, and institutions across the US, Europe, and Asia, including the United Nations and the religious leadership (Catholic Church).

Today, she works with those who desire to explore below the surface and follow the threads of their soul calling. Her work invites you to see the deeper patterns shaping your lives and leadership and to lead from what feels true.
