Jenny Fahy is a 5Rhythms® movement teacher, Creative Psychotherapist, Creative Studies lecturer (professor) in Applied Social Studies, and a Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator based in North Tipperary in Ireland.
She brings twenty-six years of experience exploring movement as a path to creativity, presence, and personal transformation, including training directly with the 5Rhythms® founder Gabrielle Roth in 2007.
Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity, embodied awareness, and movement are essential tools for wellbeing, self-discovery, and connection. She designs and facilitates experiences, whether in group classes, private sessions, or online, that invite participants to move authentically, think deeply, and engage with themselves in meaningful ways.
Her approach helps people release tension, build emotional resilience, and cultivate a sense of ease, joy, and confidence in their bodies.
With a background spanning therapeutic arts, social care, and systemic practice, she combines professional insight with relational warmth, creating safe, inclusive spaces where people feel supported to explore, express, and reconnect with themselves.
She guides participants in practices that strengthen embodiment, emotional regulation, and authentic connection, helping them move more freely in their bodies, relationships, and lives.
Her work is offered through one-on-one private sessions, online 5Rhythms classes, community movement events, residential retreats in Ireland and through her membership circle, The Emerald Rhythm Circle.
Whether you are new to movement or an experienced dancer, her approach offers a welcoming invitation to explore your body, awaken your creativity, and reconnect with your natural flow. Learn more by visiting www.jennyfahy.com
