A Deep Appreciation for the Alchemy Team
Sometimes I wish I could enliven these emails with an extra boost of the love and appreciation I feel for our Alchemy Team. I imagine a care bear stare beaming from my heart conveying all the respect, gratitude, and awe I feel for our amazing Alchemy Team.

Have you ever met a support so deep that it rearranges who you believe yourself to be? Here one of our graduates, Dr. Áine Aventine, shares a heartfelt thank you to our Hearth Tending team.
Our Hearth Tenders offer weekly individual and group constellation support within our Programs. They know how to hold steady space when something tender, raw, or long-held finally begins to transform, accompanying you in the quiet corners of your heart.
The Backbone of ACT
The Alchemy Team is the backbone of our ACT Program. This year, we planned for the team to turnover with new members and were delighted that so many from last year came back to Hearth Tend again.
When you meet them in our weekly Hearth Tending sessions, you will feel how tenderly they touch old wounds and how fiercely they help you break through repeating cycles of limitation. They will go to the depths with you to meet your hidden loyalty to what is not yours to fix, yet is yours to honour. They will hold you steady when emotions arise and long-held generational traumas finally begin to release from your body.
Trauma that happens in relation heals in relation and these are some of the best healers I know.

A Space That Transforms You
A unique feature of ACT is our weekly Hearth Tending Circles which support both individuals and small groups with personalized guidance on igniting the sparks within. When your blazing fire needs tending or when the flame seems to have grown cold, our Hearth Tenders are there for you.
This optional support is offered in addition to core class times. Our team has been curated to welcome your unique voice, and to support the midwifing of new intentions into form from deep attunement and care. They tend the culture of the space in ways that are shape the feeling of safety, connection, and the courage that allows our work to happen.
