Alchemical Constellations Training & Facilitator Certification

A 12-Month Immersion into Seeing, Sensing, and Facilitating with the Unseen

Begins April 15, 2026

Where years of seeking come home to rest.

“This moment in time is one that is fully supporting the ‘all’ of us to step forward – to find and share our gifts – to build community – to step into the new world – to love ourselves and each other more than ever before. If you desire support in your blossom – this is where you will find it!”

~ Elizabeth Lynn Rohr, Graduate

See with Your Heart. Live from Your Heart. Lead Through Your Heart.

You may choose to do this program in person or virtually.

The Seeing with Your Heart Alchemical Constellations Training and Facilitator Certification is for individuals ready to untie the tangled threads of past generational sorrows, free themselves to live into the possibilities of spontaneous creation, and expand their lives, healing practice, and work. The training includes both online and in-person elements led by Emily Blefeld, Dan Cohen, and the Alchemy Team, combining advanced teaching with epic transformational constellations. You’ll receive expert guidance, masterful facilitation and powerful integration of the stories, blocks and unseen traumas that come to be witnessed, transformed, and woven into a greater sense of wholeness.

Everything you desire to create in life, whether in your family, relationships, career, community, or the greater issues facing the planet, begins and ends with your own emotions, mind, body, heart, and consciousness. Our advanced tools are designed to teach you how to harmonize these with the lifeforce that comes from the earth beneath our feet, the cells of our bodies and the greater cosmos. Seeing with Your Heart means accessing your body’s evolutionary capacity to perceive and integrate the ordinary, ancestral, and spiritual dimensions of consciousness that are at the core of what it means to be human. The training introduces a rhythmic approach to facilitate Constellations and artfully grow a private practice, while transmuting the effects of inherited family trauma, disempowering cultural fractals, and collective suffering.

Tune-In with Emily to Your Heart, Life, Leadership, and Ancestry!

This Alchemical Immersion is for You If…

You want to strengthen and trust in your intuitive abilities. It’s time to put them to use and make your life more heart-led, mystical, spontaneous and delightfully fulfilling.

You feel the weight of ancestral trauma and are ready to untangle their threads.

You’re ready to stop identifying with your wounds and start living from your wisdom.

You know in your bones, that healing is personal and planetary. That magic is a natural expression of being fully alive and that staying awake in a sleepwalking world is an act of resistance and devotion.

You are looking for some flexibility around training options. With the choice to do this in person or virtually (or a hybrid of both), we are providing multiple pathways to meet you where you are in this season of life.

Your current modality isn’t enough anymore. You crave a deeper, more integrated way to support transformation for yourself and others.

“Emily and Dan are as committed as is humanly possible to the group and individuals. The energy channels as I perceive them are completely clear with both of them. I get no whiff of ego in any of my interactions with them personally or in the group. I have seen them go to the mat to accommodate, to understand, to heal and to resolve conflict. I think the two distinct but mutually supportive facilitation styles work.”

Family Constellations is a healing modality that works with the invisible loyalties, unresolved grief, and inherited patterns that live in your family system. Constellations work reveals the hidden systemic forces shaping your life at a deeper level and frees you to live your one precious, vibrant existence that only you can actualize.

Classical Constellations, rooted in Bert Hellinger’s work, focuses primarily on the Orders of Love within a family system. The Alchemical Constellations framework goes further: it integrates ancestral healing, natural law, energy medicine, the synergy of sound healing, subtle soul and past lifealignment, and business manifestation work.

Yes. ACT welcomes two kinds of participants: those seeking personal transformation, and practitioners who want to add Constellations facilitation to their professional work. You don’t need a clinical background to benefit deeply from this training. What matters is that you feel genuinely called to the work and are ready for a 12-month commitment to the depth within yourself.

Many ACT participants have spent years in other practices. What they find in Constellations work is that it reaches a layer those modalities couldn’t touch. If you feel something deeper is untouched, this is designed for you.

Therapists, somatic practitioners, coaches, and energy healers who join often describe it as the modality they’d been looking for to reach what their existing tools couldn’t. You’ll leave with a full Facilitator Certification, meaning you can offer both individual and group Constellations sessions.

If you feel a desire for transformation, depth, incredible community that will truly see, support and love you, ACT won’t feel like a commitment. It’ll feel like a new soul family you learn amongst.

ACT is a hybrid program, blending virtual and in-person work. Over 12 months, you move through three core developmental modules: See With Your Heart, Live From Your Heart, and Lead Through Your Heart. You’ll have weekly virtual circles, private 1:1 constellation sessions, and access to a peer support community (what we call community ‘Hearthtending’).

By the end of ACT, you’ll be a certified Constellations facilitator. You’ll be equipped to hold individual and group Constellation sessions for others. Most graduates describe a lifting of inherited patterns, a deeper relationship with their intuition, and a confidence in their capacity to hold space for profound transformation. Many of our graduates have gone to thriving private practices, with a large number as presenters at this year’s North American Systemic Constellations Conference.

While the depth of the work is real, the format is designed to be integrated into your existing life rather than requiring you to step away from it. There are weekly 2.5 hour sessions to guide you along your journey, however, timing is flexible and recordings are provided.

No prior Constellations experience is required. The training is built to welcome both complete beginners and those who have participated in constellation workshops before. What you need is an open heart, a genuine sense of being called, and a readiness to do the inner work alongside the facilitation training.

The Spring 2026 cohort begins April 15, 2026. Enrollment closes April 12.

“I wouldn’t be here if you both were not the most powerful facilitators on the planet—holding the highest possible intentions for the Power of Love and the Evolution of Human Consciousness.”

Elise has over a decade of experience in the field of sexuality and has supported hundreds of people in cultivating an inspired relationship to their desire through embodiment practices, ancestral healing, and conscious sexual skill-building. In her 1:1 coaching, workshops, and retreats, she holds sacred space where people of all genders can explore their relationship to their desire and sexuality in a shame-free, non-judgmental environment.

Ruma Biswas: Some people coach leadership.
Others help you see the forces shaping it.

Ruma Biswas has spent years exploring this deeper layer.

She is an early adopter of Archetypal and Systems Coaching in Asia. Her work brings leaders back to what is true beneath roles, expectations, and inherited patterns.

She works where the unseen patterns live — in the ancestral field, in relational systems, in the unconscious agreements that shape how leaders think, choose, and act.

At the heart of Ruma’s work lies a rare synthesis: archetypal birth chart reading focused on fate and destiny. She reads the living archetypes present in a person’s chart — not as personality descriptions, but as forces of destiny. Each archetype carries both its evolved expression and its shadow. Where most people try to overcome their shadow, Ruma teaches leaders to decode it, because the shadow is often the doorway to their greatest power.

Her path began far from coaching. Trained as a mechanical engineer in the early 1990s, often the only woman in the room, she learned early how systems behave under threat. Her career later took her across Europe and the United States, where she spent nearly two decades in global telecom leadership.

Her own life has been shaped by a deep instinct for freedom — the freedom to question inherited assumptions, to look beneath social and organizational narratives, and to follow the deeper intelligence moving through people and systems.

After a start-up that closed during the 2008 financial crisis, pushing her back into the corporate world, her work later turned toward supporting leaders from the inside out. She co-founded Progress-U, innOgru, Inner Voice Leadership, and Heartwood, each exploring how leadership culture evolves across organizations and societies. Her work has primarily been with C-suite leaders, family businesses, and institutions across the US, Europe, and Asia, including the United Nations and the religious leadership (Catholic Church).

Today, she works with those who desire to explore below the surface and follow the threads of their soul calling. Her work invites you to see the deeper patterns shaping your lives and leadership and to lead from what feels true.

Dermot Burke: I’m an Irishman at heart, rooted deeply in the traditions and spirit of Ireland, yet have built my life and found my home in the United States. My journey has been shaped by both places—carrying forward the resilience, warmth, and humor of my heritage while embracing the opportunities and challenges of life in America.

Since arriving in New York in the mid-1980s, I’ve lived a life grounded in hard work and growth. I began my career in construction, where I developed a strong work ethic and a deep respect for craftsmanship and perseverance. In 1991, I transitioned into the bar and restaurant industry, a field that has allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life. That sense of connection and community has kept me dedicated to this work ever since.

Beyond my professional path, I am deeply committed to personal healing and growth. I believe in facing the past with honesty and courage, and using those experiences as a foundation for becoming a better, more present version of myself. I strive to live with integrity, to remain openhearted, and to show up in service to others on their own journeys.

Resilience has been a defining thread throughout my life. No matter the challenges, I aim to meet them with strength, humility, and a willingness to learn. I value authenticity, meaningful connection, and, just as importantly, the ability to share a good laugh along the way. Humor, to me, is both a bridge and a balm.

Today, I continue to carry forward these values—honoring where I come from, staying grounded in who I am, and offering my presence and experience in service to others.

Freedom Cartwright is a healer, truth-teller, and guide who listens deeply to the soul of humanity and our galactic community members. As a practitioner of A Course in Miracles, a systemic family constellations facilitator, and the Founder of Freedom Rail Tours, her work is rooted in the question: What does it take to remember ourselves whole—across galaxies, across generations, across incarnations, across borders?

Through her in-person and virtual facilitation, Freedom invites participants into an embodied reckoning with history, land, and lineage. Her approach is not about revisiting the past for its own sake, but about creating space for what has been unseen to be seen, what has been unspoken to be heard, and what has been held in the body to be gently released.

A graduate of the Seeing with Your Heart Immersion and Advanced Facilitator Training, Freedom’s facilitation style is soulful, reverent, and fiercely compassionate. She holds a field where ancestral and collective intelligence can emerge—not to fix, but to reveal the deeper movement beneath the pain, beneath the story, beneath the silence. Her work is rooted in the understanding that love is the organizing principle of the universe, and she brings this awareness into every circle she holds.

Freedom lives on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, where she continues to tend the space between worlds, honoring the elemental – the visible and invisible, the individual and the collective, the inherited and the possible. Her devotion is to the kind of healing that ripples outward—through bodies, families, and communities—toward the future we’re here to remember.

Sheila Chacko is a teacher and guide for people on the journey of Remembering, trained and accredited as a Holistic Counselor, Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator, and Yoga and Embodiment Teacher.

With Indian and American origins, she serves as a bridge between the East and West, and her work is a testament to the harmonious blending of Eastern spiritual teachings on awareness with Western psychological and somatic approaches. Her approach combines 25 years on the yogic path with Western depth psychology and trauma-informed counseling/coaching. It is integral and holistic, inspired by a Sufi psycho-spiritual map of the essential qualities of the human being.

Her background includes university and graduate studies in sociology, psychology, women’s studies, biomedical sciences, and naturopathic medicine.

As a mother of two children, she considers mothering one of my greatest teachers. She lives with her family in Umbria, Italy. Learn more about Sheila by visiting sheilachacko.com.

Fabiola de la Peña Robinson integrates modern and ancestral wisdom through family constellations, mindfulness, meditation, animism, and consciousness practices. Her work is rooted in lived experience. After the loss of her brother led her into years of grief, disconnection, and self-destruction, she turned to meditation and constellations. These practices gave her ground, healing, and a new way of seeing life.

Today she shares them with others, helping clients release inherited patterns, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate freedom and clarity in their own lives.

With nearly three decades in software development and leadership, including directing a company in the Seattle area, Fabiola brings a systems-thinking approach to her healing work.

Her background in technology blends with deep immersion in the Seeing With Your Heart
lineage. She has served as Hearth Tender in two previous ACT trainings as well as four additional programs. She has also trained with Francesca Mason Boring, Susan Pullen, Cecilio Fernandez, and others. Her constellation work is further informed by multiple long silent meditation retreats of up to thirty days, Buddhist studies including death and dying practices, and studies in animism, compassion practices, and consciousness work. These layers allow her to hold space with depth, presence, and precision.

Fabiola has also discovered a love for poetry, exploring the psyche and human experience through writing. Her journey is shaped by a deep curiosity about how we connect with one another, how consciousness and the mind influence our lives, and how the past continues to shape the present.

As a child Kimberly Daniels experienced premonitions and out of body experiences. In early adulthood, a near-death experience further confirmed the knowing in her heart of the connected consciousness beyond our physical world.

Believing in the power of just one person making the difference in a child’s life led to a career in teaching elementary children the past 36 years. A family issue in 2013 brought Kimberly to attend the North American Constellation Conference where she met Emily and Dan. A deep desire to heal herself for the sake of her daughters and live in the wisdom of love led her to complete the Seeing With Your Heart Program and the Empowered Empath Program Sage Soul programs as well as trainings with Sarah Peyton, and one led by Elena Veselago, who facilitated a life-changing constellation for her. Kimberly has years of group work experience with Compassionate Listening and Nonviolent Communication.

Ever learning and growing, she is currently receiving wisdom in the year-long International Systemic Facilitator Training. Kimberly is dedicated to constellation work. She is driven by a need to build community, contribute, live in love and spread joy.

Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity, embodied awareness, and movement are essential tools for wellbeing, self-discovery, and connection. She designs and facilitates experiences, whether in group classes, private sessions, or online, that invite participants to move authentically, think deeply, and engage with themselves in meaningful ways.

Her approach helps people release tension, build emotional resilience, and cultivate a sense of ease, joy, and confidence in their bodies.

Leo Hamill grew up in Northern Ireland, amidst the turbulence of “The Troubles.” His early life was shaped by the trauma of war, premature loss, grief, abuse of power, and anger. Leaving Ireland, in his adult life, Leo embarked on a profound journey of healing, seeking to reclaim the emotional wholeness and joy often denied to generations of Irish people through centuries of foreign rule. His commitment to confronting his vulnerabilities with compassion, along with his courageous approach to addressing unspoken truths, consistently inspires others to share more deeply and to open to their own paths and hearts to transformation. Leo’s presence is marked by his unwavering support, guiding individuals through the shadowed parts of their hearts until they reclaim their inner knowing.

Leo’s discovery of Systemic Constellation work came after decades of personal healing, including 35 years of sobriety and active involvement in 12-step groups, where he has sponsored others in recovery. Additionally, he has over 30 years of experience in psychodrama groups and training and is currently training in Core Energetics. His primary Constellation training has been with Dan Cohen and Emily Blefeld, and he has also studied with renowned practitioners including Francesca Mason-Boring, Annie Block Pearl, Suzi Tucker, Lucien Schloss, Shavasti, Dragos Riti, and Stephan Hausner. His work has extended to equine constellations, collaborating with Susan Crimmins and Jody Nixon at Lone Trout Ranch in West Colorado, as well as Eric Kolesar and Sally Nilsson at Tula Vida in Costa Rica.

Passionate about the mystery and surprises of the Field, and the sense of community this work fosters, Leo brings his characteristic Irish wit and warm-heartedness to welcome and support those who feel disconnected or alone on this Earth.

Rotger Heilmeier is a Registered Nurse, Psychologist (M.A.), nonmedical practitioner (German Heilpraktiker), Homeopath, Systemic and Family Constellation Facilitator and Trainer, and Shamanic Practitioner. He innovates new ways of working with homeopathy, shamanic practice, and constellations to connect with spirit, soul, and Mother Earth. Rotger is especially adept at connecting with sacred ground through spirit animals, sacred stones and medicinal plants in their natural and homeopathic form.

Since 2009, Rotger has been in private practice as a nonmedical practitioner offering homeopathy and psychological counseling. Through many years of experience in the medical profession, he has cultivated the ability to find simplicity in complex situations. A patient’s disease process may have crude and destructive symptoms, but he has found that underneath almost any disease there are good intentions. Finding that base line, stimulates awareness of the simplest truths that often reach through centuries. When these are identified, remedies and rituals may successfully redirect the disease out of the body.

He teaches nursing and homeopathy students, and offers consulting in health management to companies and organizations. Together with his wife Antonia he offers circles, workshops, and trainings for Systemic and Family Constellation facilitators internationally.

Rotger designs living, breathing, and joyful rituals for people, landscapes, and nature. He sees these practices as modern expressions of the ancient traditions of witchcraft which deserve honoring. Learn more via www.jester-counseling.com.

Santjes Oomen is a mystic at heart, a visionary artist, and a lover of the reverie of life. Her work unfolds as an ongoing dialogue with the Universe. Born to Dutch parents and raised between the wide skies of East Africa and the waterways of the Netherlands, Santjes grew up listening to land, culture, and the quiet conversations between the visible and unseen worlds. This early listening lives at the center of how she meets people, with curiosity, reverence, and an attuned presence that welcomes what is ready to unfold.

She studied Visual Arts in Amsterdam, where her exploration of the meeting place between the physical and dream worlds began to take form through sculpture and painting, expressions of an inner landscape in dialogue with the greater mystery.

For more than four decades, Santjes has walked alongside individuals and communities as a practitioner and guide, weaving therapeutic bodywork, cranial-sacral therapy, energy medicine, sound, and systemic practices into spaces of healing and remembering. Since 1995, her Spirit in Practice circles have invited people into direct experience, where spirituality becomes lived, embodied, and relational.

Inspired by many traditions and artistic lineages, including Systemic Ritual work, Alchemical Constellation, and the dreaming streams of the Bön lineage and universal shamanism, Santjes works with symbol, sound, and movement as doorways between the physical and non-physical worlds. She is endlessly curious about the wisdom of nature and devoted to sharing creation as a living practice.

Her creation, WellWork: Rituals on the Wheel of Life, gathers decades of healing, artistic inquiry, and earth-based wisdom into a field of practice. Through the Wheel of the Four Directions and her Found in Transition cards, she invites people to walk the cycles of change, listen to the intelligence of the relational field, and remember their belonging within the greater whole.

From this wellspring emerged the Creative Warrior Collective,a holistic educational initiative empowering young hearts to reconnect, remember, and create together as a community of earth keepers with, ecological awareness. In these spaces, Santjes tends the field with steadiness and warmth, trusting the innate intelligence of each person and the wisdom that arises in community.

As a natural heart-tender, and honored to be part of the Seeing With Your Heart team, Santjes offers a quiet devotional presence where the heart can soften, imagination can awaken, and deeper belonging can be felt. She lives her path as an ongoing conversation between creation, wholeness, and relationship, supported by her husband Peter Lochtefeld and their children, Zuzu, Sam, and Sophia. Oana Tănase is an alchemist at heart. Over the past decade, her path has led her to train in systemic and executive coaching, business and family constellations, alchemical constellations, and somatically oriented approaches.

Her work is grounded in a simple yet profound premise: we rarely create what we merely wish for — we create what our inner state, identity, and capacity can naturally hold.

Through systemic coaching and constellation work, Oana supports people in reshaping their personal “attraction field,” not through striving harder, but by stabilising into the identity capable of holding the intentions and the life they long to create.

In her work, Oana brings awareness to the emotional and systemic patterns shaping our sense of possibility. Feelings such as grief, shame, and guilt — often carrying unspoken ancestral stories — can quietly narrow what we feel able to desire, receive, create, or become.

At the level of the body, imprints held in cellular memory — patterns that once shaped perception — begin to soften and release, allowing new possibilities to emerge and take root while expanding the embodied capacity to receive and sustain them.

When something begins to feel natural and possible within us, the body settles into a new level of coherence. From this place, our embodied, rooted presence begins to reorganise the field around us, and synchronicities often become the language of this emerging alignment between who we are and what we seek to create.

Through rhythmic, resonant language and creative rituals of passage, Oana invites people to mark the completion of an old identity and step into a new one. In this way, the process mirrors the timeless blueprint of initiation — an arc of descent, reclaiming, and embodiment — opening the way for people to embrace the life that is uniquely theirs to live: a living celebration of their radiance.

When we fully inhabit the life that is ours to live, our presence becomes medicine — a living transmission of hope, love, and peace.

Ginny Vinson nurtures positive change through courage, love, and meticulous attention to the ecology of individuals and organizations. In 2001, in the prime of her life, Ginny was rear-ended by a tractor trailer which left her as a quadriplegic. The life she knew was over, but she soon realized the utility of the two things she had left under her control: her mind and her voice. Like an oak tree, Ginny grew into a powerful, stable being with a benevolent spirit and mind. She is both light and shade, omnipresent for those who seek the wisdom of her insight and the comfort of her compassion.

At the rehabilitation hospital, she learned to advocate for herself, set boundaries, and reframe negative thoughts. She listened deeply for the positive intention behind every exchange to assist the nurses, doctors, and therapists who cared for her. Soon, this made a profound difference in her own life and in theirs. She not only survived the devastating accident but learned to thrive despite her physical limitations.

Ginny is the founder of Transitions, a coaching and consulting company which provided seminars, workshops, and personal services. She practiced for 25 years as a facilitator for Family Grief, a program specializing in support for sudden and traumatic deaths. She is trained in many modalities including Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) as a Certified Master Practitioner, Rape Victim Advocacy, Family Constellations with Bert Hellinger, Hunter Beaumont, Lutz Wesel, and others, receiving a Facilitator Certification from Sneh Victoria Schnabel. More recently, she completed multiple programs with Dan Cohen and Emily Blefeld.

Kristin Voinovich works with thoughtful people who find themselves stuck in patterns they can’t quite think—or push—their way out of. Whether the challenge shows up in work, relationships, or a longing for a deeper sense of purpose, she helps clients uncover what’s operating beneath the surface so they can move forward with clarity, creativity, and choice.

Her background bridges several worlds. Her work life began with a career in investment banking, advising boards of directors and senior leadership teams on mergers, acquisitions, and capital strategy. That experience sharpened her ability to think systemically and stay grounded in complex, high-stakes environments.

Over the last decade, she has trained in systemic constellation work (family and organizational), Voice Dialogue parts work, couples work, and shadow work. These approaches help illuminate hidden dynamics—within individuals, relationships, families, and organizations—that often shape outcomes in ways we don’t immediately see.

At the same time, her academic background in Theater Arts and more recent studies of various spiritual traditions including the Gene Keys as well as energy system and archetypal frameworks, reflects a lifelong interest in creativity, expression, spirituality and the human experience. Today her work integrates both sides of that spectrum: analytical and intuitive, practical and reflective.

People often describe her approach as grounded, direct, and practical. She enjoys helping clients translate insight into real-world shifts. She also believes humor and a spirit of adventure are powerful companions in deep work; transformation doesn’t always have to be heavy to be meaningful.

Her clients include professionals navigating career and leadership questions, individuals exploring personal transitions or relationship dynamics, and people seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and the systems of which they are part. Learn more at linkedin.com/in/kristin-voinovich.
