A Letter for the Turning of the Year
At the turning of the year, I take time out to get crystal clear on my intentions for what lies ahead. I look at everything from the energy I want to carry forward, to the written word of my goals, to the values I want to live by.
As I rewrote our Seeing With Your Heart values for 2026, I was reminded of one of our main intentions: a commitment to excellence in meaningful work that makes a difference in the heart of individuals, families, and our wider global community. ‘Meaningful’ can be defined in different ways, but one way we interpret this is ‘work that awakens the heart of humanity to love and frees its true nature.’ It’s the work that sends ripples of love inward and outward, extending back into generations whose shoulders we stand on and forward touching the generations that come after and the legacy we leave.
With this sacred value in mind (in heart actually), we are excited to draw inspiration from the words and compassionate spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. At the heart, Dr King’s message was a radical remembering that service stems from the grace of the heart and therefore, it belongs to anyone willing to lead with love.
On January 19th from 10:00 – 11:15 AM Eastern, we are hosting a FREE Zoom gathering devoted to exploring love as service as we honor Dr. King and uplift our individual and collective capacity to make a difference in this time.
What We’ll Explore Together
5Rhythms® Alchemical Movement Meditation with Jenny Fahy
Jenny will lead us through an embodied movement experience using sound, rhythm, and sensation as pathways to reconnect body, breath, and spirit to the beat. This is an invitation to listen to the intelligence of the body, follow the unfolding of love from the inside out, and open to grace through motion. Through simple movements that arise from the body, we allow soulful expression to emerge as past, present, and future move through us.
This practice invites freedom through rhythm and presence. Accessible to all regardless of age, gender, ability, or dance background, this practice helps you trust your body, follow your feet, and move deeper into the heart of life.
A Creative Portal for Embodied Service
Emily Blefeld & Marie Nazon (30 minutes)
Following our time in movement, Emily Blefeld and Marie Nazon guide a reflective creative practice grounded in systemic awareness and embodied freedom, creating space for your inner creator, the part of you that weaves vision into form, to align with service as a lived expression of the heart.
Through guided reflection, writing, and creative sensing, words and images arise organically, supporting a deeper recognition of your heart’s true nature and its capacity to live its intentions through inspired service, while clarifying how your presence, choices, and way of being contribute to the wellbeing of the individuals, families, and communities you touch.
When Intention Becomes Manifested Service
When we ignite our heartfelt “I have a dream” intentions and bring them into manifested reality, we are serving the greater good through purpose-led work. And this work is most effective and filled with grace when we first attune to the wider field of nature, ancestors and spirit. When we can navigate through multidimensional consciousness, we gain a clear channel between our inner vision and our outer expression.
As healers, guides, and facilitators of soul led work, our own psychic perception is the primary instrument through which our service flows. To truly play that instrument, we must tune it by clearing what clouds our listening and be in relationship with the unseen currents that inform our work.
This is the deeper terrain that we’ll enter together inside our upcoming Alchemical Constellation Training and Facilitator Certification (ACT), beginning on April 15, 2026.

About the Alchemical Constellation Training (ACT)
ACT is our year-long, high-level, multi-modality experiential course and certification in the art of Seeing with Your Heart and the practice of Systemic Family Constellations. It’s original in that it offers an official certification, but it also teaches our signature method of Alchemical Constellations that supports people (like you) in attuning to the information that’s held in the energetic field around us.
ACT is devoted to refining your inner alignment so your outer work can meet the moment. It includes both online and in-person elements, which combine advanced teaching with epic transformational experiences. Participants receive expert guidance, masterful facilitation and powerful integration of the stories, blocks and unseen traumas that come to be witnessed, transformed, and woven into a greater sense of wholeness.
