Wild Craft Uprising
Embody Earth Wisdom. Source Deep Healing. Cultivate Your Power.
Join Us for an Earth Medicine Experience.

We envision a world where people live in intimate relationship with the sources of healing and balance that emanate from the natural world. Where we live as the embodied hands and heart of the Earth mother, commune with plant spirits and earth guides as our teachers, and open to the elemental forces, ancestral consciousness, and spiritual presences moving us on this journey of evolution.

“Our survival as spiritual beings depends upon our ability to open our wild hearts in love and resonance with all of nature.” ~ Gail Faith Edwards

We are animated with the breath of life in this pivotal time in human history and heed the call to freedom, healing, and honest reckoning. We are invoking the power of presence and co-creating an earth-based, spiritually grounded space for people to drop into their bodies, connect with the root system of the Earth mother, and reclaim agency over emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness of ourselves, our communities, and our planet. We seek not only to heal ourselves, but to build a society that supports health, that is centered in respect and compassion, and that honors and uplifts the rights of all beings to fulfilling, sustaining life. Together, with the support of community, we manifest the future that calls us.

"Knowing that you love the earth changes you, activates you to defend and protect and celebrate. But when you feel that the earth loves you in return, that feeling transforms the relationship from a one-way street into a sacred bond.” ― Robin Wall Kimmerer, Braiding Sweetgrass

Energy and Plant Spirit Healing Session with Anna Booth Cohen (1.5-2 Hours):

Energy work sessions are a deeply relaxing, nurturing experience combining healing touch, guided Reiki life force energy, and energetic plant and crystal support. Anna uses heart-based intuitive perception, plant spirit connection, and deep compassion to create a container for balance, health, and renewal.

Systemic Family Constellation with Emily Blefeld (2-2.5 Hours):

We live in a time in history in which many of us are questioning how to live free amidst oppression, stay awake among the sleepwalkers and remain vibrant within a decaying overculture. Enveloped by darkness, how do we live in the magic that becomes ours when we tap into our full capacities as human beings? The emerging revolution in human consciousness reveals that when we uncover and clear the multi-generational roots of dark disempowering beliefs, self-destructive impulses, and paralyzing fears, we open new and unimagined pathways to passion, pleasure, and purpose.

Through a Systemic Family Constellation with Emily, you will access your body’s natural capacity to perceive and integrate the ordinary, ancestral and spiritual dimensions of consciousness that are at the core of what it means to be you. Emily guides you to clarify your desires, crystallize your intentions, step to your edge, and move beyond. In this transformative process, you will greet the resistance that stands in opposition to you and your deepest intentions. The deep root of your burdens, blocks, and restraints are often inherited and remain alive in the heart of a family lineage for up to seven generations. This process illuminates and clears these interferences, allowing your heart to open to nourishment from the strongest resources for life’s flourishing.

Private Online Forum for Group Connection and Ongoing Discussion

"There is some kiss we want with our whole lives, the touch of spirit on the body. Seawater begs the pearl to break its shell. And the lily, how passionately it needs some wild darling! At night, I open the window and ask the moon to come and press its face against mine. Breathe into me. Close the language-door and open the love window. The moon won't use the door, only the window." ~Rumi

“Joanna Macy writes that until we can grieve for our planet we cannot love it—grieving is a sign of spiritual health. But it is not enough to weep for our lost landscapes; we have to put our hands in the earth to make ourselves whole again. Even a wounded world is feeding us. Even a wounded world holds us, giving us moments of wonder and joy. I choose joy over despair.” ~ Robin Wall Kimmerer, Braiding Sweetgrass

— DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY STATEMENT —

A healthy ecosystem is a diverse ecosystem. The Wild Craft Uprising Program is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and affirming growth environment. It is our goal to be conscious and aware of how power and privilege present in our circle and within the history of the earth, and work to reduce harm caused by racial, gender, class, religion, ability, immigration status, and sexuality based oppression. We actively support the community we call together to increase their understanding of how others experience the world, to examine the context and effects of their own privilege, and to consciously work to reduce oppression. As part of this initiative, we are committed to only sharing and claiming practices that are from our own lineages, and to respect the sacred that belongs to other cultures by avoiding appropriation.

—THE FACILITATORS —

Anna Booth Cohen has dedicated herself to the service of all beings through strengthening the connection between humans and plants and promoting wellness. With heart-based perception, Anna tunes into the personal, ancestral, and spiritual consciousness of the individuals, groups, communities, and environments she serves and connects them with resonant plant allies to support physical, mental, and spiritual health. She prepares herbal teas, tinctures, oils, salves, and essences from organically grown plants which she ethically grows, harvests or sources. Each herbal product is made with love, intention, and blessings.

Anna holds a Master’s of Education Degree from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in agricultural and herbal science from the Evergreen State College. She has completed herbal trainings at the Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley CA, the Boston School of Herbal Studies, and at the Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education where under the guidance of Sage L. Mauer, she completed a three-year advanced apprenticeship studying shamanic herbal practices, plant spirit work, and traditional folk uses of herbs. Anna has served as adjunct faculty in the Seeing with Your Heart Immersion Program since 2014, leading herbal curriculum and plant medicine experiences.

In addition to her work with the Immersion program and herbalism, Anna is the Education Manager at Land Sake’s Farm in Weston, MA. Anna is happiest while connecting humans, nature, and spirit.

Emily Blefeld is a psychotherapist, Systemic Family Constellations trainer, and innovator in consciousness who empowers others to tune-in to the hidden information contained within our hearts and step into the living, breathing edge of the evolutionary process. She combines her knowledge of the hidden pathways of consciousness with scientifically validated clinical modalities, sacred ceremony, and wisdom traditions. Emily helps change-agents, visionaries and entrepreneurs uncover hidden patterns and habits that unconsciously hold them back, release limiting beliefs, impulses, and fears, and open to passion, pleasure, and purpose.

Emily’s work is inspired by the call of the Earth for an end to violence and oppression of the sacred feminine. Her presentations and experiential processes invite participants to access their hearts as an organ of perception and amplify their bodies’ natural capacity to perceive and integrate the resonance that link family members across distances of migration and generations. The old paradigms, outdated narratives, and ancient codes that hold us back are dismantled and the process of remembering, awakening, and opening to wholeness begins.

A Masters graduate of the University of Minnesota, Emily is the founder of Psychotherapy Center for Wellness, LLC in Providence, Rhode Island and co-founder of the Seeing with Your Heart Immersion Program. She serves on the faculty of the North American Systemic Constellations Intensive and has presented at the Omega Institute, Kripalu, and the 2013 and 2015 U.S. Systemic Constellation Conferences.
